Full disclosure: You will NOT be learning any extension methods during this shadowing. This is intended for stylist that are currently certified in a beaded weft extension method and looking to further invest into their skills behind the chair. During your shadowing expereince we will not be discussing "business structure" such as pricing, scheduling or building a clientele. Additional coaching opportunities can be discussed if this is something that you are interested in. Your 1-on-1 shadowing day is intended to strengthen your hair extension installs to give your clients a luxurious one of a kind experience and become the best artist for them.
